Base 17 Stock is a public subscription inventory application for organizations that track supplies, medication lots, quantities, locations, and expiration dates. Individuals may create an organization with an annual app-store subscription or join one with a private access code.
Information we collect
- Account information, including email address and authentication identifiers.
- Inventory records entered by authorized users, including item descriptions, quantities, cabinet or container names, expiration dates, lot labels, and adjustment history.
- Basic technical information handled by app platforms and service providers, including device and app diagnostics and security logs.
- Subscription status and store transaction identifiers used to verify annual access. Base 17 Stock does not receive or store full payment-card details.
How we use information
Information is used to authenticate users, verify subscription access, organize users into separate organizations, show current inventory, record stock adjustments, monitor expiration dates, and support ordering or restocking decisions.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Expo for app build and update services, Apple, and Google Play.
Security
The app uses authenticated access and database access controls. Users should protect their passwords and sign out on shared devices.
Data retention and deletion
Inventory and account records are retained while needed to operate the app. Every user can permanently delete their account from the Account screen in the app. Shared inventory audit events may remain without the deleted user's identity when needed for organization continuity and record integrity.
Children
The app is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
